A typical 2,000 SF home can be framed in 1-2 weeks depending on complexity. We'll provide a detailed schedule before starting.
We can work either way. We're happy to supply materials with our supplier discounts, or frame with lumber you provide. We'll recommend the best approach for your project.
We regularly work with engineered floor systems, LVLs, I-joists, and manufactured trusses. We install all components per manufacturer specifications.
We coordinate with inspectors and ensure all framing passes inspection before we leave. If any corrections are needed, we handle them promptly.
